TUL KUL
Hand-picked almonds, walnuts, apricots, figs, berries, saffron & honey from the orchards of Kashmir.
Tul Kul — the whole harvest, from one valley.
The chinar — booni in Kashmiri — is the great plane tree whose five-fingered leaf turns crimson each autumn over the valley. Tul-kul means all of it, the whole: the entire harvest of Kashmir, gathered under one name.
Everything we pack is 100% from Kashmir and nothing else — almonds, walnuts, apricots, berries, chillies, saffron and raw honey, all grown, dried and gathered in the valley. Natural, unbleached, unrushed: picked by hand, sun-dried the old way, and sealed with nothing added.

Seven from the valley
Everything from the valley
Hand-drawn, one illustration to a product — honey, chillies, apricots, berries and more.

Almonds
The prized mamra almond — smaller and denser than the flat commercial kind, with a deep sweetness and none of the bitterness. Cracked from the orchard, never bleached.
TUL KUL · KASHMIR
Black Forest Honey
Slow-drawn from hives among the high pine forest — dark, resinous and full-bodied, unheated and unfiltered so every trace of the forest stays in the jar.
TUL KUL · KASHMIRDried Chilli
The famous Kashmiri chilli — long, wrinkled and blood-red. More colour than fire; it lends dishes a warm crimson without overwhelming the tongue.
TUL KUL · KASHMIR

Red Chilli Powder
Those same chillies, sun-dried and ground on stone. A spoonful colours a whole pot deep red — the everyday secret behind rogan josh and wazwan.
TUL KUL · KASHMIRDried Apricots
Small, honey-sweet apricots left to dry whole on the branch and rooftop. The stone cracks to a sweet almond-like kernel inside — nothing wasted.
TUL KUL · KASHMIR

Dried Blueberries
Deep indigo berries dried slowly to concentrate their wild sweetness. Tart, chewy and full of colour, scattered over porridge or eaten by the spoonful.
TUL KUL · KASHMIRAcacia Honey
Light gold and slow to crystallise — drawn from acacia blossom on the valley floor. Mild, floral and clean, with none of the bitterness.
TUL KUL · KASHMIR

Dried Cranberries
Ruby-red cranberries dried to a glossy chew, sharp and bright against sweeter fruit. A handful lifts a pilaf, a salad or a winter bake.
TUL KUL · KASHMIR
One valley, one mark.
Tul Kul is a small Kashmiri house packing the whole of the valley’s harvest under a single name — nuts, berries, chillies, saffron and honey, nothing brought in from outside.
Our logo — the chinar leaf with walnut and almond, ringed by 100% Pure Kashmiri — is our seal. It sits on every pouch, tin and jar, printed in one walnut-brown ink.
